Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent level of practical work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative selling, business development, or IT; alternatively, 3 years of experience if paired with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in prospecting and winning new business in a startup-style setting.
- Hands-on experience planning, launching, and improving marketing campaigns, measurement approaches, and creative direction.
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and regularly exceed targets to support growth.
- Comfort working quickly, taking bold action, and adapting in a dynamic environment that changes often.
- Strong strategic thinking, sound judgment on complex problems, and the ability to turn ideas into practical action plans.

Compensation and benefits
Pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. For Ireland, the compensation range is €98,000 to €101,000 annually, along with a 40% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Work toward ambitious quarterly goals for business growth and product adoption while delivering a strong advertiser experience across EMEA.
- Create and grow a sales pipeline by identifying high-potential opportunities and working closely with the marketing team.
- Develop customer relationships through phone, email marketing, and in-person meetings; design strong marketing approaches using deep product knowledge; and provide an excellent sales experience that supports long-term customer success.
- Advise senior decision-makers on achieving national and international online marketing objectives by using Google’s full range of marketing tools, including YouTube, Google Search, and Display Network products.
