Job Description and Key Activities

As a Graduate in Organisation & Workforce Transformation, your role encompasses client engagement, workshops, data analysis, and crafting strategic recommendations across industries nationwide. This area covers four pillars:

  • Organisation Design: Analysing and realigning company structures for efficiency, including leadership adjustments, team restructuring, and supporting mergers or acquisitions.
  • Leadership, Culture and Learning: Cultivating company values, enhancing leadership capabilities, and designing effective learning and development programs.
  • Workforce Strategies: Planning and managing talent to align with future business needs, including workforce planning, process redesign with AI and automation, and compensation planning.
  • Strategic & Technology Change: Assisting organisations in adopting digital transformations, merging operations, and fostering sustainable new ways of working.

Working in cross-office project teams spanning New Zealand and Asia Pacific, you'll connect with colleagues regionally and contribute to impactful initiatives.

Typical Daily Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with clients to tackle complex challenges.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to guide decision-making and identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and technological advances to inform strategies.
  • Interview key organisational stakeholders to understand challenges and requirements related to transformation.
  • Support change management initiatives to help clients enhance workforce engagement.
  • Assist with project management tasks including planning, progress tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and training sessions to communicate findings and support transformation efforts effectively.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • A strong enthusiasm for shaping organisational futures and enabling people to succeed.
  • An interest in how businesses operate to improve efficiency, adaptability, and people-centered approaches.
  • Curiosity about the interplay of strategy, technology, and workforce dynamics to foster thriving cultures.
  • A tertiary qualification in areas such as Organisational Development, Behaviour, Leadership, Business Administration, Adult Education, Human Resources, Communications, Change Management, Labour Economics, or related fields (not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing, including preparing impactful presentations.
  • Analytical capabilities to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Critical thinking, creativity, and strategic planning aptitude.
