Role Overview
The Manager of the Office of the CEO will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of GreenLight's CEO operations by supporting planning, coordination, communication, and ensuring follow-through on critical organizational priorities. Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the CEO, this person will help advance initiatives involving the Board of Directors, National Advisory Council, Executive and Leadership Teams, and cross-functional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of Office of the CEO priorities by supporting the Chief of Staff in project planning, timeline creation, tracking, and facilitating coordinated cross-team efforts.
- Prepare polished presentations, reports, briefings, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Organize and support meetings of the Board, National Advisory Council, Executive Team, and Leadership Team including scheduling, agenda setting, material compilation, and follow-up.
- Manage communication and collaboration between the Office of the CEO and other teams to assure clarity, alignment, and timely progress on initiatives.
- Continuously improve processes, templates, and systems used within the Office of the CEO.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in operations, project management, executive support, nonprofit management, or strategy coordination.
- Exceptional project management skills, able to organize, track, and advance multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication abilities; skilled in synthesizing complex information into clear summaries and actionable steps.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
- Ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-growing organizational environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused work ethic.
- Proficient in Google Suite and project management software.

- Preference given to candidates residing in Greater Boston or San Francisco; applicants in other registered states (CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, TN, TX) will be considered; candidates outside these states are not eligible.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $85,000.
