We seek a sharp, confident, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director with managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and performing administrative duties with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Director's daily calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings both within the company and with external parties.
