We seek a skilled Telemarketing Manager to oversee our telecalling team, enhance lead generation, boost customer engagement, and foster business expansion through effective telemarketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the telemarketing team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Formulate and implement telemarketing plans to increase lead acquisition and client interaction.
- Track team efficiency, call standards, productivity, and conversion metrics.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, offer feedback, and hold performance assessments.
- Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and performance analytics reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, CRM, and Marketing departments for seamless lead distribution and follow-ups.
- Ensure consistent and prompt follow-up on leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Develop and update calling scripts, objection management tactics, and sales workflows.
- Recruit, train, and mentor telecallers and team leaders for optimal performance.
- Analyze campaign outcomes and suggest actionable improvements.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries reflecting all customer engagements and lead statuses.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- At least four years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or BPO operations with managerial exposure.
- Prior involvement in the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of telemarketing processes and customer engagement techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
- Analytical aptitude with effective reporting skills.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Sunday (6 days/week)
- Weekly Off: Tuesday
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
