We seek a sharp, confident, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Director with managing schedules, facilitating meetings, and performing administrative duties with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Director's daily calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings both within the company and with external parties.
- Participate in meetings alongside the Director, document minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Manage correspondence such as emails, phone calls, and official communications.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders to enable smooth operations.
- Prepare various reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Organize travel, accommodation bookings, and event logistics as needed.
- Safeguard confidential records and sensitive company information.
- Support administrative operations and office management tasks.
- Ensure seamless daily functioning of executive activities and provide timely assistance to the Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication, along with interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational aptitude and capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Three to five years of experience in roles such as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Admin Executive.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills, confidence, and professionalism are also welcome to apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 plus performance-based incentives.

Working Schedule
- Workdays: Monday to Sunday with Tuesday off (6-day work week).
