About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Associate focused on B2B sales within a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand based in Ahmedabad. The role centers on expanding our corporate client base and distributor networks through strategic outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business leads with corporate clients and distributor channels.
- Engage business owners and key decision-makers with compelling product presentations.
- Skillfully negotiate contracts to close significant corporate deals and meet sales goals each month.
- Maintain excellent communication and nurture client relationships.
- Adopt a target-oriented approach with readiness to travel for client visits.
Requirements and Eligibility
Candidates must demonstrate outstanding negotiation and client management skills along with effective communication. A strong motivation to achieve sales targets and willingness to travel as required is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a competitive fixed monthly salary ranging between 20000 and 35000 INR.
