About the Role
hackajob is partnering with Mercor to identify talented professionals for a Customer Support / Success position. This role involves reviewing, evaluating, and providing detailed feedback on domain-specific documents to ensure their quality, accuracy, and relevance. It is ideal for individuals with strong analytical abilities and domain-specific expertise who want to impact the quality of evaluation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Examine and assess documents pertaining to your area of expertise.

Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
- At least two years of relevant professional experience in customer support, service delivery, or customer success.
- Excellent analytical skills accompanied by strong written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Meticulous attention to detail with capability to follow detailed guidelines.
