Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary / Executive Assistant to efficiently manage communications and administrative tasks for our Managing Director and various departments. This position requires maintaining confidentiality while supporting key business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally
- Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports, develop presentations, create Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and draft essential business documents
- Coordinate with department heads to monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks ensuring timely progress
- Organize and schedule meetings with clients, vendors, and internal teams effectively
- Maintain and safeguard confidential records and documents with utmost discretion
- Provide administrative and personal assistance to the Managing Director as required
- Monitor executive expenses, handle reimbursements, and manage petty cash transactions
- Ensure all assigned tasks and deadlines are met promptly

Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging between 30,000 and 45,000 INR.
