Job Overview
You will act as the main support contact for clients using the company’s systems and applications. The role involves understanding customer needs, communicating clearly, and resolving product or application-related issues with accuracy and care. The goal is to keep service quality high and ensure users have a smooth experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop a solid understanding of the product and support the wider team where needed.
- Take part in discussions focused on diagnosing and solving problems.
- Help investigate and fix client issues quickly and effectively.
- Work closely with teammates to improve service quality and client satisfaction.
Technical Skills
- Strong working knowledge of service desk operations.
- Exposure to customer relationship management platforms is an advantage.
- Comfort with ticketing systems and incident handling workflows.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and application support concepts.
- Ability to explain technical matters in simple terms for non-technical users.
Additional Information
This role requires 0 to 2 years of experience in service desk management. It is an onsite position based in Gurugram. A total of 15 years of full-time education is required. The work schedule follows rotational shifts.
