Overview
The restaurant manager is expected to have a strong interest in food and beverage, build authentic rapport with both guests and team members, and embody a team-first mindset. This role calls for a confident leader who ensures outstanding hospitality standards while directing floor service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and support the food and beverage outlets as needed.
- Design fresh promotions and initiatives that attract more guests and help grow sales.
- Contribute to budgeting and other financial planning activities to improve profitability.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant.
- Comfortable with flexible schedules and prepared to step in for shifts when required.
- Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, stay organized, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
