Overview

The restaurant manager is expected to have a strong interest in food and beverage, build authentic rapport with both guests and team members, and embody a team-first mindset. This role calls for a confident leader who ensures outstanding hospitality standards while directing floor service.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and support the food and beverage outlets as needed.
Design fresh promotions and initiatives that attract more guests and help grow sales.
Contribute to budgeting and other financial planning activities to improve profitability.

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant.
Comfortable with flexible schedules and prepared to step in for shifts when required.
Strong ability to handle multiple priorities, stay organized, and manage tasks efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
