Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, chats, and emails from customers.
Deliver precise information regarding NoBroker's services, plans, and procedures.
Record, follow up, and resolve customer complaints using CRM or ticketing tools.
Refer complex issues to specialized departments and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain quality standards in service and work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Work Details

Work arrangement: On-site at Bangalore office with preference for immediate joiners.
Working age eligibility: Candidates between 18 to 32 years old.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 INR plus uncapped incentives dependent on experience.
Employee benefits include Provident Fund, Health Insurance coverage up to 100,000 INR, along with other perks.
