Primary Responsibilities

The sales manager will act as a Seller Business Development Associate (BDA), utilizing company-provided leads to engage with customers. Key duties include meeting clients, showcasing rental, lease, or sale properties, clearly explaining property features, facilitating property photoshoots, conducting field visits with potential buyers, negotiating prices, and assisting in closing deals between property owners and customers.

• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
