Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications including calls, chats, and emails from customers.
- Deliver precise information regarding NoBroker's services, plans, and procedures.
- Record, follow up, and resolve customer complaints using CRM or ticketing tools.
- Refer complex issues to specialized departments and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain quality standards in service and work to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
Work Details
- Work arrangement: On-site at Bangalore office with preference for immediate joiners.
- Working age eligibility: Candidates between 18 to 32 years old.
- Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from 17,000 to 20,000 INR plus uncapped incentives dependent on experience.
