About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and guest-oriented Executive to oversee daily activities at our guest house and hotel. This position involves ensuring top-notch hospitality, flawless function of property operations, and seamless coordination amongst various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling room reservations through multiple channels including phone, email, and web booking platforms.
- Working closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to guarantee rooms are ready for guests.
- Addressing guest questions, requests, and complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Maintaining guest information, managing invoices, and overseeing payment collection.
- Tracking room occupancy and updating daily operational reports.
- Liaising with corporate clients regarding bookings and accommodation needs.
- Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.
- Coordinating with vendors for maintenance and operational needs.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Assisting with billing, GST invoice generation, and general administrative duties.
- Delivering excellent customer service to maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
