Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of staff accommodation areas.
• Manage colleague accommodation processes including check-ins, room assignments, inspections, and check-outs.
• Address accommodation-related inquiries and maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with Human Resources in facilitating onboarding, wellness programs, colleague engagement activities, and other HR initiatives.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other teams to uphold accommodation quality standards.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment within staff housing.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Assist with various HR administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in hospitality, housekeeping, staff accommodation management, facilities, or HR support is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively with team members.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office.
• A positive mindset, adaptability, and dedication to providing outstanding service.
