Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving full sales potential and overseeing smooth store operations.
- Create and maintain a positive, engaging environment for all team members and customers.
- Lead by example to provide excellent customer service and motivate a high-performing team.
- Manage operational aspects including visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance analysis.
- Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety policies to maintain a compliant and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Experience in management or leadership roles with a demonstrated ability to lead by example.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire and develop team members.
- Willingness to learn various aspects of automotive retail.
- Operational knowledge relevant to stock, merchandising, reporting, and safety compliance.
- Mechanical experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
