Role Overview
The position of Assistant Online Manager serves as an entry point into a rewarding career within Woolworths Group. This role offers an invaluable chance to develop leadership skills and departmental know-how through the Store Leadership Pathway, setting a foundation for future growth. Assistant Department Managers are vital to the smooth daily operations of their assigned departments and collaborate across the store to deliver excellent customer experiences and foster a positive working environment for the team.
Work Schedule
- Option 1: Tuesday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Option 2: Friday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Create an engaging, inclusive team culture where individuality is valued and consistently deliver high-quality shopping experiences.
- Support department operations by learning and managing day-to-day functions to assist the team effectively.
- Prioritize safety by enforcing proper processes to protect both employees and customers.
- Foster collaboration and teamwork across the store to achieve shared goals.
- Model customer service excellence by practicing the Everyday ACTs: Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
