Key Responsibilities

• Lead the store team supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, order processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operations
• Manage personnel aspects including scheduling and fostering employee growth
• Recruit and build a competent store team
• Maintain communication with regional management regarding performance and store development

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail position
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly over five days, regularly including evenings and weekends
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding at one of the company's training stores in Germany

This full-time role demands 40 hours weekly, distributed over five days, with regular weekend and evening shifts.
