Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving full sales potential and overseeing smooth store operations.
• Create and maintain a positive, engaging environment for all team members and customers.
• Lead by example to provide excellent customer service and motivate a high-performing team.
• Manage operational aspects including visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance analysis.

Requirements
