This role focuses on providing exceptional technical service desk support via international voice communication channels. The candidate will handle customer service in a technical or telecom domain, ensuring effective communication and troubleshooting.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience exceeding six months in a relevant customer service environment.
- Preferred industry background includes telecom or technical services sectors.
- Education: Graduate or undergraduate individuals with a focus on customer service backgrounds are favored, though graduation is not mandatory.
- Strong command of English with a neutral accent to facilitate clear communication.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to understand email correspondences effectively.
- Proficient verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work in 24/7 shift patterns.
