Job Overview and Responsibilities
The Assistant eALPS+ Administrator will be responsible for managing and executing various data entry and monitoring tasks within the eALPS+ system crucial for engineering and construction project management. This role involves handling multiple modules such as Quality, Execution, and Stores, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage data extraction from Engineering AutoSpool to eALPS+.
- Maintain and update Drawing Master and Line List databases.
- Prepare and review Drawing Bill of Quantity (BOQ) and Spool BOQ.
- Maintain and control Joint Master and Cut Length details documentation.
- Update Support Master records and upload Isometric index into eALPS+.
- Assist in monitoring project progress and manage revision control.
- Perform data entry in Quality Module covering Fit-up, Welding, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), including WPS Master, Welder Master, NDT Grouping, Offering, and tracking Line History Sheet and Welder Performance.
- Conduct data entry and progress tracking in Execution Module such as Spool Tracking and Test Package creation and monitoring.
- Handle data entry related to Stores modules including Material Receipt Note, Inspection, Issue, and Return processes.
