Role overview
The Assistant eALPS+ Administrator supports project data and documentation activities by maintaining engineering, quality, execution, and stores records in the eALPS+ system. The role focuses on accurate data handling, progress tracking, and coordination of key project modules.
Engineering module support
- Transfer AutoSpool-extracted information into eALPS+.
- Maintain Drawing Master records.
- Update the Line List.
- Prepare and enter Drawing BOQ details.
- Prepare and enter Spool BOQ details.
- Maintain Joint Master records.
- Enter cut length details.
- Maintain Support Master data.
- Upload the isometric index into eALPS+.
- Track support progress.
- Manage drawing and data revisions.
Quality module support
- Enter quality-related data for fit-up, welding, and NDT.
- Maintain WPS Master and Welder Master records.
- Record fit-up and welding activities.
- Track NDT activity and NDT grouping.
- Handle NDT offering entries.
- Maintain the Line History Sheet.
- Track welder performance.
Execution module support
- Update spool tracking information.
- Create test packages.
- Monitor test package progress.
Stores module support
- Record material receipt notes.
- Handle material inspection entries.
- Process material issue records.
- Process material return records.
Skills and profile
The role requires strong typing ability, familiarity with basic software tools, clear communication, and a high level of accuracy. A background or working knowledge of the construction field is important, along with good organization, time management, data research and collection ability, and an understanding of database structure.
