Position Overview

Main Responsibilities
- Handling IT hotline requests via phone in both German and English, with proper documentation.
- Providing 1st-level support by managing incidents and service requests received through phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Resolving hardware and software issues remotely or directly at user workstations, as well as installing new hardware and software components.
- Assisting employees in the efficient use of applications during daily operations.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and actively participating in continuous improvements of our systems and workflows.
- Executing smaller projects relevant to the service desk, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardization efforts.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further IT-focused education.
- A strong commitment to outstanding customer service and support.
- Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
