Role overview
This Human Resources Business Partner role is based in Sudair, Saudi Arabia, within the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector. The position serves as both a strategic and hands-on HR partner for factory operations, with responsibility for workforce support, legal compliance, and improving productivity and employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to the factory team and help resolve workforce issues such as attendance, conduct, and shift-related concerns.
- Plan manpower requirements, coordinate operational hiring, and maintain adequate staffing levels.
- Manage employee relations matters, including labor cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Lead recruitment activities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support performance review activities and address cases of low performance.
- Maintain HR compliance, employee documentation, and payroll-related information.
- Track HR indicators such as turnover and absenteeism, and contribute to productivity improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years of professional HR experience.
- Prior exposure to a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR operations.
- Sound understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Experience using HR systems such as MenaITech or MenaMe.
- Ability to stay effective under pressure and handle several priorities at once.
