Human Resources Business Partner

Role overview

This Human Resources Business Partner role is based in Sudair, Saudi Arabia, within the Food and Beverage manufacturing sector. The position serves as both a strategic and hands-on HR partner for factory operations, with responsibility for workforce support, legal compliance, and improving productivity and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to the factory team and help resolve workforce issues such as attendance, conduct, and shift-related concerns.
• Plan manpower requirements, coordinate operational hiring, and maintain adequate staffing levels.
• Manage employee relations matters, including labor cases, investigations, and disciplinary processes in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Lead recruitment activities and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support performance review activities and address cases of low performance.
• Maintain HR compliance, employee documentation, and payroll-related information.
• Track HR indicators such as turnover and absenteeism, and contribute to productivity improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 to 6 years of professional HR experience.
• Prior exposure to a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations and HR operations.
• Sound understanding of Saudi Labor Law.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Experience using HR systems such as MenaITech or MenaMe.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure and handle several priorities at once.
