Overview
This position involves serving as the main contact point for customers, ensuring they experience a smooth and positive journey throughout their interactions. The role requires proactive engagement to understand customer needs and expectations fully.
Key Duties
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues promptly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
- Continuously track and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by identifying at-risk clients and implementing preventative strategies.
- Gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights and suggest improvements that enhance the overall experience.
- Keep detailed records of all customer communications and monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, response, and resolution times.
