Overview

This position involves serving as the main contact point for customers, ensuring they experience a smooth and positive journey throughout their interactions. The role requires proactive engagement to understand customer needs and expectations fully.

Key Duties

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalated issues promptly and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
Continuously track and improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by identifying at-risk clients and implementing preventative strategies.
Gather customer feedback to provide actionable insights and suggest improvements that enhance the overall experience.
Keep detailed records of all customer communications and monitor key metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, response, and resolution times.

Contract Duration: 6 months
Salary: 3500 AED per month
