About the company

CAC Engineering GmbH is a long-established, owner-managed engineering business with a broad mix of disciplines under one roof. What the role involves

Preparing quotations and cost estimates for projects, including follow-up calculations after order placement
Collecting, checking and assessing all relevant costs, quantity structures and hour budgets
Supporting the bid lead during contract and order negotiations
Creating standardized price comparisons and cost summaries
Analyzing and evaluating the overall cost structure

Candidate profile

Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering or business mathematics
Initial professional experience is desirable, ideally in plant engineering or mechanical engineering
Strong German and English skills at minimum B2 level
Confident use of MS Office applications
Team-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and a careful, structured way of working
Willingness to travel as part of project execution

Additional information

The role is based in Chemnitz, Saxony, Germany. It is a full-time position with on-site presence.
