About the Role

DAVENCREST LIMITED is seeking an Early Years Educator for their Kids Incorporated center located in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. This permanent full-time position involves providing educational and childcare services in a supportive, well-resourced environment. The role requires implementing developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the curriculum, and ensuring a safe and stimulating setting for children.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement curriculum-based programs for young children
Maintain a secure and nurturing environment conducive to learning and play
Observe and encourage children’s developmental milestones
Engage actively with children through fun, educative interactions while promoting positive behaviors
Coordinate and facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities

Candidate Requirements

Possess at minimum a QQI Level 5 childcare qualification or an equivalent credential recognized by DCYA
Proficient command of the English language
Strong communication skills
Adaptability and willingness to work flexibly
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Additional Information

Applicants must have a valid employment permit if they are non-EEA nationals unless exempted. The center fosters a supportive team atmosphere ensuring adequate staff-to-child ratios at all times.

Compensation and Working Conditions

Annual salary of 36605 Euro
Working 39 hours per week
Non-remote; on-site work only
