About the Role
DAVENCREST LIMITED is seeking an Early Years Educator for their Kids Incorporated center located in Rathfarnham, Dublin 16. This permanent full-time position involves providing educational and childcare services in a supportive, well-resourced environment. The role requires implementing developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the curriculum, and ensuring a safe and stimulating setting for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement curriculum-based programs for young children
- Maintain a secure and nurturing environment conducive to learning and play
- Observe and encourage children’s developmental milestones
- Engage actively with children through fun, educative interactions while promoting positive behaviors
- Coordinate and facilitate both indoor and outdoor activities
Candidate Requirements
- Possess at minimum a QQI Level 5 childcare qualification or an equivalent credential recognized by DCYA
- Proficient command of the English language
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexibly
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Additional Information
Applicants must have a valid employment permit if they are non-EEA nationals unless exempted. The center fosters a supportive team atmosphere ensuring adequate staff-to-child ratios at all times.
Compensation and Working Conditions
- Annual salary of 36605 Euro
- Working 39 hours per week
- Non-remote; on-site work only
