직무 설명
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete recruitment lifecycle targeting UAE National roles across diverse organizational units.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to comprehend hiring needs and spot Emiratization hiring prospects.
- Establish and sustain a robust network of Emirati candidates by leveraging online job sites, employee referrals, career fairs, academic institutions, and government schemes.
- Manage candidate evaluations, interviews, salary discussions, and onboarding arrangements.
- Foster ties with universities, Nafis, and various governmental bodies to facilitate Emirati recruitment initiatives.
- Track Emiratization goals, prepare frequent recruitment analytics, and share labor market trends.
- Adhere strictly to labor legislation and Emiratization mandates.
- Enhance the employer brand of DAMAC among UAE National talent segments.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Between four and six years of experience in talent acquisition, including involvement with Emiratization recruitment processes.
- Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws, Nafis, and Emiratization frameworks.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and conducting interviews.
- Skilled user of Applicant Tracking Systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Mandatory fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
