직무 설명
Role Overview
Lead the organization's Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives, ensuring workforce strategies align with business expansion, transformation, productivity goals, and future capability demands. Serve as a trusted consultant to executive leadership, promoting data-driven workforce investment decisions through analytics, commercial insights, and strategic evaluation.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-wide strategic workforce planning, including workforce forecasting and capability planning systems.
- Convert business growth objectives into actionable workforce demand, supply, and productivity plans.
- Steer workforce intelligence efforts, utilizing predictive analytics, AI-powered forecasting, and executive reporting mechanisms.
- Engage and influence senior leaders using evidence-based recommendations and constructive challenges.
- Champion initiatives aimed at workforce optimization, organizational efficiency, and enhancing productivity.
- Develop governance structures, performance metrics, and decision-making frameworks related to workforce planning.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team specialized in Workforce Planning and Analytics.
Key Requirements
- Over 15 years of experience in Workforce Planning, Workforce Analytics, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Planning, or closely related strategic fields.
- More than 5 years of experience managing and leading high-achieving teams.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with Power BI.
- Advanced expertise in workforce analytics, forecasting, and strategic workforce planning.
- Proven application of AI technologies to enhance workforce planning, forecasting, or decision support.
- Strong skills in Excel, including VBA/Macros, Microsoft Forms, and Power Automate.
- Excellent capabilities in executive-level presentations and stakeholder engagement.
