Job Overview
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative assistance to senior executives, management teams, or entire departments. The incumbent handles a variety of tasks such as scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, managing emails, welcoming visitors, directing calls, and responding to inquiries and requests effectively.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executives' diaries by scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and speaking engagements.
