Job description
Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Front of House Staff to join The Union Station Hotel - Woolsthorpe, located approximately 25 minutes from Warrnambool, Victoria. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer interactions in a lively hospitality environment, particularly during evening and weekend shifts.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide warm and efficient service to customers.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
- Prepare and serve drinks adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
- Use the POS system to manage payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and dining spaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Availability to work flexible evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
- Friendly demeanor, reliability, and strong customer service orientation.
- Possess or willingness to obtain a current RSA Certificate.
- Previous hospitality or bar experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
