Front of House Staff

Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Front of House Staff to join The Union Station Hotel - Woolsthorpe, located approximately 25 minutes from Warrnambool, Victoria. This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer interactions in a lively hospitality environment, particularly during evening and weekend shifts.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide warm and efficient service to customers.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
• Use the POS system to manage payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar and dining spaces.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and teammates to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience

• Availability to work flexible evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
• Friendly demeanor, reliability, and strong customer service orientation.
• Possess or willingness to obtain a current RSA Certificate.
• Previous hospitality or bar experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
