Core Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and communal areas meticulously following club standards
• Replace linens, towels, and amenities to maintain consistency and presentation quality
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and promptly report any defects or damages
• Handle guests’ belongings with care and confidentiality
• Keep cleaning carts, equipment, and storage areas organized and well-stocked
• Assist laundry operations including sorting, folding, and transporting items as needed
• Adhere strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines including proper use of chemicals and PPE
• Communicate effectively with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding guest requests, room status updates, or incidents
• Contribute to turndown service and accommodate special requests when required
• Ensure hallways, stairwells, and service zones stay clean and free of clutter

Candidate Profile

• Preferably up to 2 years of experience working in housekeeping or as a room attendant within a busy, high-profile setting
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Professional demeanor and a courteous, positive attitude
• Basic spoken English with the capability to understand and follow both verbal and written instructions

Compensation

The pay range for this role is £15.50 per hour; variations may apply by location due to market conditions.
