Wedding Videographer, Photographer, and Editor

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and imaginative Wedding Videographer, Photographer, and Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing outstanding photos and videos at weddings and related events, then editing these into polished and professional final products to provide clients with memorable, high-quality visual keepsakes that surpass their expectations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and check all necessary equipment prior to events, including cameras, lenses, lighting gear, drones (if licensed), gimbals, and audio recorders.
• Collaborate with the operations team to review wedding schedules and shot lists in advance.
• Scout event venues when needed to optimize camera placement and lighting setups.
• Coordinate with wedding planners, decorators, DJs, and other vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Candidly and professionally capture photographs and cinematic video footage throughout all significant moments of weddings and events.
• Direct couples and families subtly for portrait shots while preserving a natural aesthetic.
• Record key moments such as speeches, ceremonies, entrances, first dance, cake cutting, and other highlights.
• Operate advanced stabilizing equipment including gimbals, sliders, and drones where permitted.
• Adapt quickly to dynamic event environments while maintaining a professional demeanor and excellent client service.
• Handle all post-production tasks: organizing files, selecting best shots, editing photos with Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop, and editing videos using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve with color grading, audio enhancement, and effects.
• Maintain and care for all photographic and video equipment, reporting issues promptly and ensuring everything is clean and prepared for use.
• Engage professionally with clients and guests to create a comfortable, enjoyable photography experience while representing the company positively.
• Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and uphold company quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of professional experience in wedding photography and videography.
• An extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in wedding photography and cinematic films.
• Experience covering various wedding-related events including engagements, receptions, and luxury ceremonies.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
• Prior experience in the UAE weddings and events sector is a plus.

Technical Proficiencies

• Proven ability to operate professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras with advanced understanding of exposure, composition, lighting, and camera settings.
• Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere Pro; DaVinci Resolve knowledge preferred.
• Experience with After Effects is advantageous.
• Skilled in color grading, audio enhancement, and visual effects integration.
• Competent in using stabilizers, gimbals, drone technology (licensed), flash systems, and studio lighting setups.
