Role Overview
The Assistant Server plays a vital role in the Food & Beverage team by supporting servers in delivering outstanding dining experiences aligned with Four Seasons high standards. Responsibilities include efficiently clearing and resetting tables, performing side duties like polishing silverware and replenishing condiments, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- General knowledge of food and beverage service
- Strong personal presentation and interpersonal communication
- Ability to meet Four Seasons' standards with professionalism and discretion
- Outgoing and proactive attitude toward tasks
- Fluency in English: reading, writing, and speaking
- Degree or diploma in Hotel Management is preferred
