Role Overview
The position sits within consumer marketing and focuses on the promotion of banking, investment, and insurance products. The role supports marketing programmes that strengthen customer engagement, improve conversion, and build loyalty across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across offline, online, and always-on digital channels to improve product take-up, cross-sell, and retention.
- Oversee sales channel assets used in digital app experiences and branch environments.
- Work closely with internal teams, group subsidiaries, partners, and external agencies to refine product initiatives, value propositions, competitiveness, and market relevance.
- Use data to monitor performance across the full marketing funnel and adjust creative and media plans as needed.
- Prepare timely updates on campaign impact, including sales, NTW, active rates, and return on marketing spend.
- Manage the marketing calendar, channel budgets, and finance-related expenditure with strong discipline.
- Partner with the business and MarTech teams to explore new approaches to marketing and sales generation.
- Contribute to special initiatives that improve sales conversion across digital app platforms, branches, and customer portfolio management activities.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have at least 3 years of marketing experience, with digital and content marketing seen as an advantage. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing campaigns from planning through delivery, and can work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience in a financial institution is beneficial but not essential.
The role suits someone who is proactive, collaborative, organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by results.
