About Diaverum

Diaverum is a multinational healthcare organization founded in Sweden, specializing in renal care that enhances the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD). They empower patients to lead fulfilling lives and are the leading independent provider of renal services in Europe, caring for approximately 38,000 patients across 440 clinics in 23 countries worldwide.

The company focuses on delivering tailored renal care that aligns with patients’ needs and preferences, offering a range of treatments from preventive care and hemodialysis to managing patient comorbidities and holiday dialysis.

CKD represents a global, escalating challenge affecting nearly 10% of the adult population worldwide, mainly due to lifestyle diseases such as diabetes, with prevalence increasing especially in developing countries and low-income groups. Diaverum strives to ensure all their clinics are safe and welcoming spaces where every patient feels valued.

Their vision is to transform the industry through patient-focused digital innovations, broadening access to the highest standards of care. Their work is centered on their proprietary, standardized care delivery model supported by an evolving digital infrastructure. They aim to exceed national healthcare system outcomes by improving personalized care and enhancing ease of access to services via technology.

Currently, Diaverum employs about 13,000 people and operates 440 clinics in 23 countries, with headquarters in Malmo, Sweden.
