Position Overview

We seek an enthusiastic Waiter/ess for Pool and Beach service to enhance guest dining experiences at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. This role requires delivering attentive and knowledgeable food and beverage service in an elegant yet approachable manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage comfortably with guests about detailed food and wine selections.
• Maintain a friendly, unobtrusive presence with guests at all times.
• Monitor and control the proper use of food, beverage items, and service equipment.
• Coordinate with the Culinary Team to guarantee an exceptional dining experience.
• Ensure timely and flawless pickup and service of food to guests.
• Set tables, serve food and beverages, and clear and clean tables efficiently.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately to the kitchen through the hotel’s POS system.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year experience in a comparable luxury hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English language is required.
