Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Visual Merchandiser (40 hours per week) for our Berlin Tauentzienstraße store. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for executing and maintaining the brand’s visual standards within the store in alignment with company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards, especially in specific areas designated by management.
• Implement layout plans as directed by management.
• Construct and install window decorations and campaign stylings for the European market.
• Style mannequins to reflect campaigns while considering current market trends.
• Create and install impactful in-store displays following marketing and promotion guidelines.
• Regularly inspect all VM elements, such as mannequins, displays, lighting, and lightboxes.
• Deliver exemplary customer service.
• Participate in regular meetings with store management to raise awareness and ensure consistent VM standards.
• Train and onboard sales staff regarding VM and display standards.
• Support store management to improve store efficiency and customer service levels.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Availability for 40 hours per week.
• Experience and expertise in styling.
• Strong creativity and a keen sense of fashion and trends.
• Understanding of the local market and knowledge of UNIQLO and competitor profiles.
• Attention to detail with high standards for quality.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle high workload.
• Flexibility and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Previous experience as a visual merchandiser is advantageous but not mandatory.
