UNIQLO is seeking a strategic and business-oriented senior digital marketing professional to lead site operations, focused on boosting growth by leveraging website and customer data to generate revenue. This position sits within the marketing team and reports to the Digital Marketing Manager in Singapore.
Role Overview
- Take full responsibility for frontend execution on uniqlo.com, involving planning, briefing creative requirements, and implementing site banners and responsive, quality landing pages.
- Use HTML and CSS skills to independently develop, test, and launch responsive landing pages without outside agency support.
- Serve as a primary stakeholder driving a high-performance and precise culture for the website operations.
- Manage collaboration between internal teams such as Marketing, Store Operations, and E-Commerce as well as external stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the Global Headquarters to advance locally tailored initiatives.
- Deliver weekly site strategy presentations to senior leadership for approval.
- Assist global and technical teams during website project implementations.
- Conduct analysis, review, and reporting on website traffic, engagement metrics, and generated revenue.
- Work closely with the CRM team to craft data-driven customer journeys and develop segmentation approaches to enhance average basket size and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, preferably in FMCG, apparel, or retail sectors.
- Proficient in building webpages using HTML and CSS, demonstrating a hands-on approach without reliance on external agencies.
- Understanding of CRM systems is an advantage.

- Comprehensive digital marketing knowledge including how Paid Media, CRM, and Social Media interlink to support growth and omnichannel marketing.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data effectively.
- Strong expertise in tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking.
