Video Producer

Role overview

We are looking for a Video Producer to own the full lifecycle of video content, from early ideas through final delivery. In this position, you will coordinate production timing, work closely with clients and internal creative partners, and make sure each project is delivered to a high standard.

The role calls for someone who can think strategically about how video supports marketing outcomes while still handling the realities of planning, budgeting, and production execution. You will be expected to combine creative judgment with strong organization to produce video campaigns that make an impact.

Key responsibilities

• Turn creative ideas into video concepts and storyboards.
• Build and manage production timelines as well as budgets.
• Oversee shoots and guide the editing process.
• Work with clients to align on creative direction.
• Keep all video assets and deliverables consistent with the brand.

Must-have experience and capabilities

• At least 5 years of professional experience in video production.
• Strong planning and project coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience leading talent and production crews.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with editing tools such as Premiere and Final Cut.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Background in photography.
• Exposure to live streaming production.
• Previous work in an agency or studio environment.
