The Podcast Producer position is a remote, full-time opportunity responsible for managing every stage of podcast creation. Key Duties

Compose show notes and promotional content.
Collaborate on social media and marketing materials to boost audience engagement.

Qualifications and Skills

Proficient in podcast production technicalities such as recording, editing, and mixing audio.
Experienced in content creation with skills in episode planning, scripting, and interview preparation.
Familiar with podcast distribution methods, including RSS feeds and audio optimization for streaming.
Background in digital marketing or social media advertising to expand podcast reach.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities to juggle multiple production tasks and deadlines.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to tone and consistency.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment using collaborative tools.
Previous media, broadcasting, or audio storytelling experience highly valued.
