About the Role
We are inviting talented video editors to join our marketing team on a full-time, remote basis, preferably from the Philippines or South Africa. This position requires a creative and efficient individual who can skillfully transform long-form videos into engaging short-form content tailored for various social media channels like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert lengthy video footage into impactful, concise clips optimized for multiple aspect ratios including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9.
- Rework and repurpose existing footage to meet specific platform formats and maximize promotional appeal.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing team to uphold brand consistency across all visual content.
- Adhere to tight deadlines and adjust creative approaches based on performance analytics.
- Ensure polished video pacing, seamless transitions, and high-quality sound design tailored for social media platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Expertise in at least one leading video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong familiarity with social media video trends and the ability to produce high volumes of content under tight schedules.
- Excellent visual storytelling abilities with a keen eye for creativity and detail.
- Capability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment with limited supervision.
- A passion for digital games, card games, or collectibles, aligning with the interests of our community.
Additional Advantages
