This position involves supporting customer satisfaction for a growing US-based company while working remotely and earning in US Dollars. The company services diverse clients such as service businesses, manufacturing firms, real estate agencies, private equity groups, technology companies, and e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and chat to provide support.
- Offer accurate information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with different internal teams to fulfill customer requirements.
- Conduct data entry tasks across various systems.
- Perform administrative duties as needed.
- Operate according to United States business hours.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess an English or Afrikaans accent to facilitate communication.
- Experience and confidence in sales-related activities.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and multiple customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent phone manners along with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while organizing and prioritizing workload effectively.
