Role Overview
We are committed to advancing the future of Women’s performance products globally. As the Vice President responsible for Women’s business, you will set the strategic direction, vision, and growth strategy for this segment, integrating efforts across Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and Commercial departments to deliver a unified women’s brand experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and execute the global vision and growth roadmap for Under Armour’s Women’s business.
- Serve as an advocate for women consumers, defining brand positioning and strategies to win in the marketplace.
- Recognize emerging trends and growth opportunities, setting priorities to propel the business forward.
- Lead Women’s brand narrative, seasonal direction, and collaborate with Marketing and regional teams to create impactful campaigns and consistent brand experiences.
- Direct the Women’s product vision, guide innovation and portfolio decisions from a consumer-focused perspective.
- Collaborate with Design to develop a unique Women’s aesthetic and premium consumer offerings.
- Ensure alignment and cohesive execution of Women’s product offerings across franchises and platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver go-to-market excellence across channels and regions.
- Own overall business performance for Women’s segment, working with Finance, Planning, and Supply Chain to monitor performance and influence investment decisions.
- Influence and unite diverse teams and senior leaders, fostering accountability and enterprise-wide dedication to Women’s business.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams, promoting a culture rooted in consumer focus, collaboration, inclusion, and results-driven leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Retail Management, Fashion, Consumer Products, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- More than 15 years of leadership experience within apparel, footwear, retail, consumer products, or similar industries, including at least 5 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record of building and scaling brands, driving category growth, and managing consumer-focused businesses.
- Strong strategic, commercial, and financial insight with demonstrated ability to influence business outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex matrix organizations and aligning stakeholders at senior levels.
- Collaborative experience working across Product, Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, and Commercial functions.
- Deep passion for understanding consumer behavior, identifying trends, and translating insights into business growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, including storytelling ability and executive presence.
- Demonstrated success in developing future leaders and fostering high-performance cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise specifically within Women’s apparel, footwear, or athletic markets.
- Experience overseeing global or multi-regional businesses.
- Familiarity with omnichannel retail models including wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and eCommerce.
- Proven capabilities in driving large-scale transformations, innovation, and rapid business growth.

Work Location and Schedule
- Work location must be within commuting distance of Baltimore headquarters or New York City office.
- This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring four days per week in-office presence.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range is $250,000 to $300,000 USD. Placement within this range depends on relevant skills and experience. Salary is part of a comprehensive Total Rewards package that promotes employee success and advancement.
